Ticketing Data:

When you buy an on-line ticket through Shetland Explorer website your name, address data, email and contact number will be stored securely by Bookeo. Your payment details will be stored for as short a time as possible – no longer than one month after the date of your excursion. This time is necessary should you require a refund, in the event of a cruise ship not arriving, or you having to cancel. Please see our cancellation policy on our website.
Your personal information is used for the following purposes:
For communicating with you about your tour arrangements.
To make travel arrangements and provide the service you have requested.
For management and administrative purposes.
To provide services tailored to your requirements.

We may on occasion share your name and telephone number with third party suppliers such as our tour guides, ferry operators, accommodation providers or visitor attractions.
