Terms & Conditions

Our Customer Cancellation Policy:

10% admin fee for any cancellations more than 42 days before tour departure.
30% charge for any cancellations 42-14 days before tour departure.
For a cancellation, less than 14 days before tour departure any refund is at our discretion.
For cruise ship passengers, in the event your ship is unable to dock in Lerwick on the day, due to weather conditions, you will receive a full refund.

We reserve the right to cancel a tour, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Alterations to Tour

We reserve the right to make last minute adjustments to the tour where necessary. When this happens we will endeavour to keep the tour as near to the original as possible.

Tickets

Your ticket is sold un-numbered and seating in the coach is on a first come first served basis. The coach will be at the pick-up point 15 minutes prior to departure.

Health & Safety

Passengers are expected to pay attention to any instructions and information given by the guide at the commencement of the tour and throughout at the various stopping points.

Covid-19

Passengers must adhere to all relevant Covid legislation e.g. mask wearing and using hand sanitiser.  The guide will remind passengers at the beginning of the tour of the Covid rules for the tour.

 Disclaimer

Passengers are responsible for staying with the tour.  We do not accept liability if a passenger leaves the group and does not return by the stated departure time from an attraction.
